Nathan entered real estate after graduating from DePaul University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. He lives for marketing; which is why real estate was his best option. Nathan has also lived his entire life in the Chicagoland area including the northwest suburbs, North Shore, Lincoln Park, River North, West Loop, and Ukrainian Village, becoming knowledgeable in all areas. Being an entrepreneur, he decided to develop relationships with people to fulfill their expectations in buying or selling real estate. Nathan has extensive knowledge of Chicago's real estate market and has closed transactions in many different areas including high end residential and commercial. He also has extensive experience working with developers. From being on the marketing team of a 232-unit new construction condo building to selling multi-unit condo buildings to land deals, he has experienced much of what this industry is about. The passion he has for his clients and the industry has brightened his future in real estate. His level of professionalism and determination allows for him to close every deal he takes on.
